This Privacy Policy explains how CloudRaiden, LLC ("CloudRaiden," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you:
Visit our websites that link to this Privacy Policy (the "Site")
Use our software, applications, and services, including any CloudRaiden dashboards, integrations, and related features (collectively, the "Services")
Communicate with us (for example, via email, support tickets, or events)
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Scope and Roles

Business Services. CloudRaiden primarily provides Services to organizations. When an organization (your employer or another entity) provides you access to the Services, that organization may be the controller of certain personal data and CloudRaiden may act as a processor on its behalf. In those cases, your organization’s policies and instructions control how data is handled.


Individual Users. If you use our Site or create an account directly, CloudRaiden typically acts as the controller of personal data we collect for those purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties.


A) Information you provide to us


  • Account and profile information: name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, login credentials, and similar identifiers.
  • Billing and transaction information: subscription plan, invoices, billing address, and payment-related details. If you purchase through a marketplace, the marketplace may process payment details directly.
  • Support and communications: messages you send us, support tickets, and feedback.
  • Marketing and event information: preferences, RSVPs, webinar registrations, and similar information.

B) Information we collect automatically


When you visit the Site or use the Services, we may collect:


  • Device and network information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and language.
  • Usage and activity information: pages viewed, clicks, referring pages, features used, timestamps, and related diagnostic or analytics data.

D) Cloud account and workload data (Customer Data)


When you connect a cloud environment to CloudRaiden, we may process data such as:


  • Cloud account and subscription identifiers
  • Resource metadata (for example, configuration, tags, regions, utilization signals)
  • ost, usage, billing, and pricing-related data
  • Security and access context needed to operate the Services (for example, roles, permissions, or audit signals)

This data may include personal data (for example, if user names or emails appear in cloud logs or resource metadata). When we process this information as part of providing the Services to an organization, it is generally treated as Customer Data and handled under our customer agreements and instructions.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for purposes such as:


Provide and operate the Services

  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud
  • Provide recommendations, insights, and automation workflows (where enabled)
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions
