CloudRaiden’s Commitment To Security, Privacy, And Responsible Use

Last Updated: January 2, 2026

CloudRaiden, LLC operates a security program designed to protect our customers, their data, and our operations. We build security into how we design, develop, deploy, and run CloudRaiden so customers can use the platform with confidence. In addition to policy controls, we conduct regular security assessments of our infrastructure and software using automated tools and internal review processes. We also use cloud-provider best practices and shared responsibility principles as a foundation for how we secure the Service.

Security Program Highlights

Data Security

CloudRaiden is designed to protect data in transit and at rest. We apply safeguards to reduce exposure of customer information and limit access to authorized users and systems only. Where applicable, we use industry-standard key management approaches and encryption controls.

Application Security

CloudRaiden builds earlier-stage security into the software development lifecycle. This includes secure design practices, code review, dependency and vulnerability scanning, and routine testing. We remediate security issues based on risk and severity and prioritize fixes that reduce customer impact.

Infrastructure Security

CloudRaiden is built on modern cloud infrastructure and follows the cloud shared responsibility model. We use layered security controls across identity, networking, logging, and monitoring to help protect our platform and isolate customer environments.

Access Control

CloudRaiden is designed around least privilege access. Customers control what CloudRaiden can see and do inside connected cloud environments by configuring permissions. We encourage customers to grant only the minimum permissions required for the features they enable.
